Tahir ul Qadri

Tahir ul Qadri is a Pakistani and Canadian, holding dual nationality. He is a former politician, law maker and a religious scholar. Dr. Qadri was a member of national parliament till 2004. In 2005 he resigned in the Musharraf decade for electoral reforms. Dr Tahir ul qadri received his early education from Lahore then professional education in Islamic studies from Punjab University Pakistan.
Dr. Sahab is very famous for his diligent and unique style of addressing the crowd. He formed his own foundation known as “Minahj ul Quran International”. This is a cause based institute. It works for number of social and religious causes. It is famous in Canada, UK, England, USA, Norway and many other countries.

Tahir ul Qadri returned to Pakistan and started anti government movement against corrupt rulers. He claimed his movement to be a million march. His members of foundation were martyred by Punjab police in Model town .Model town case is believed to be operated by government, but till now that case is unsolved.
Dr. Qadri is also a writer of so many books, and journal publications. He has published more than 550 books.A complete translation and description of all 6000 verses of the Holy Quran is also a great effort by Dr. Tahir qadri sahab.
