Khadim hussain Rizvi was born in Attock city in an Awan family. He completed his Hifz from Jehlum. From Jamia Nizamia Lahore he received his formal Islamic education in Hadith. He is known to be sheikh ul Hadith. He used to deliver Friday sermons at Perr- Makki Mosque Lahore near to data darbar .
Khadim Hussain Rizvi had great influence of Allama Mohammad Iqbal and Ahmad Raza Khan as his ideals. Khadim hussain is a religious leader , a political leader and belonging to barelvi school of thought.
He is the founding leader of Pakistan Tehreek e Labyk in 2015. Tehreeke Labyk arouse after the assassination of mumtaz qadri for murdering suleman taseer. Khadim Hussain Rizvi’s movement or agenda was to deny all or any changes in blasphemy law. Khadim rizvi along with his followers moved all through the country to gather support and rise for the cause of black law.

TLP also started a long march from Lahore to Islamabad for resignation of a law minister for changing some law regarding law in coming election. Their movement has been criticized many time for creating insurgency and intolerance in the country.

Again in 2018 they made a sit in in Lahore, Faisalabad, peshawer, Multan after the release of Asia bibi. As Asia bibi was accused of Blasphemey 7-8 years ago. Supreme court let her case vanished and reported that the witness had no evidence of enough truth. This release of women activated khadim rizvi’s movement again.
